Dr. Aline Zouk completed her medical training at the American University of Beirut in Lebanon. This was followed by residency in internal medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine, then fellowship training in pulmonary, allergy, and critical care medicine at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Dr. Zouk then completed an extra year of fellowship in interventional pulmonology at New York University. After completion of fellowship, Dr. Zouk returned to UAB in 2019 as an Assistant Professor of Medicine, where she is also the associate program director of the Interventional Pulmonary Fellowship program.
